1. Please DO NOT make a charge of the device while charging the power bank itself to avoid a shortened lifespan or damage to the product.
2. Please DO NOT put it in a parked car or other high-temperature environments, the best operating temperature for solar phone charger is -14°F—140°F.
3. In order to fully activate the battery, please charge it via outlet for 10 hours at least at the first 2-3 uses. It means that it the best to use 2-3 times before using it for travel. And before storing the solar power bank, make sure it is fully charged.
