1. For products purchased directly on quacoa.com, we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We'll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product.


2. Your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


3. To start a return, please visit https://quacoa.com/pages/contact and contact our after-sales service team by email or form.


4. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a Return Confirmation to let you know how and where your items are returned. You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping. Items sent back without acceptance and confirmation from us will not be accepted.


5. Immediately after we have received and inspected if your item is eligible for a return, we'll email you the inspection result, and your refund will be processed.


6. Your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.


7. In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable). Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not caused by us. Please note gift cards are non-refundable.


8. Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
