Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live.

Delivery Time

Your order will be processed within 2 business days. For orders in the United States, orders received before 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders including expedited shipping not placed before the shipping cutoff will not ship until the next day. If your order is placed after the cutoff shipping time on Friday or on the weekend, the order will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day if a holiday. Please note: for orders in the United States, orders will be sent from our warehouse in the U.S.

For orders in the United States, the delivery time of the standard shipping method is 3 to 4 business days, and for the economy shipping method is 5 to 8 business days. For orders outside the United States, the delivery time is 3 to 16 business days.

Backorders

If your item is not in stock we will always place it on backorder for you and will ship the item as soon as additional stock arrives. If you don't want to wait, you can email us a message to cancel your order.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real data collected from past orders. They are approximate times and are for reference only.
Shipping times will be affected by public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. We will rush them as soon as possible and help you track.

Northern Europe: Norway, Finland, Sweden, Slovenia, Ireland, Denmark, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.

Central Europe: Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, Croatia,

Asia: Taiwan, Cyprus, Turkey, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Qatar.

Africa: South Africa, Reunion Island, Egypt, Morocco, and other African countries.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, and other Oceanian countries.

The rest countries and regions of the Far East, the Middle East, and Central America.
Please understand that the item cannot be delivered to the countries not listed above.

Our pricing does not include duties and taxes for your region on arrival of your order. This may mean the courier may charge import duties and taxes on top of the price you have paid for your order.
