Warranty

1. Warranty period is calculated from the date of receipt of the products. You can find the precise warranty period of your product on the literature inside its box. 

2. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Repair or replacement is free of charge if Quacoa confirms materials and workmanship cause the fault. Damaged parts must be returned to the company for inspection.

3. Item failure caused by the following reasons will not be covered under the Warranty. Quacoa will reserve the right to charge fees for repair and replacement.

(A) Wrong wiring or use of incorrect voltage causes any electronic parts in the product to be burned or destroyed.

(B) Unauthorized repair or modification by the customer or third party, replacing parts improperly, or use of inappropriate parts, including non-original parts.

(C) Product damage caused by abnormal use or placing the product in an inappropriate working environment.

Quacoa is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the warranty process. If the item does not meet the warranty conditions, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
