1.Shipping Policy

We have The United States and China warehouses that can ship to all over the world.Your order will be processed within 2 business days. After shipping, we will notify the customer tracking number and logistics URL by email, customer can also find shipping details user center after login in our website.

The delivery time is based on the customer's country. For orders in the United States, the delivery time of the standard shipping method is 3 to 4 business days. For orders outside the United States, the delivery time is 3 to 16 business days.

If there is a package loss or damage during transportation, we support refund and resend.

 

2.Warranty Period

Warranty period is calculated from the date of receipt of the products. You can find the precise warranty period of your product on the literature inside its box.

This warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Repair or replacement is free of charge if Quacoa confirms materials and workmanship cause the fault. Damaged parts must be returned to the company for inspection.

Quacoa is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the warranty process. If the item does not meet the warranty conditions, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

3.Refund & Return

For products purchased directly on ournogy.com, we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.We'll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product.

Your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll email you a Return Confirmation to let you know how and where your items are returned. You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping. Items sent back without acceptance and confirmation from us will not be accepted.

Immediately after we have received and inspected if your item is eligible for a return, we'll email you the inspection result, and your refund will be processed.

Your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable). Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not caused by us. Please note gift cards are non-refundable.

 

4.Cancellation of order

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Quacoa generally sends out your orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact Quacoa as soon as possible to cancel your order and get a refund immediately. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

5.Backorders
